Presentación de una paciente con pioderma gangrenoso

Abstract

Se presentó una enferma de 56 años de edad, con diagnóstico clínico de pioderma gangrenoso asociado con colitis ulcerativa idiopática y adenocarcinoma vesicular. El objetivo de esta presentación fue de describir el comportamiento y  mejoría clínica experimentada por la paciente con el uso de terapia combinada de inmunosupresores y antiinflamatorios, acompañada de cirugía.

ABSTRACT

 

A 56- year-old  patient with a clinical diagnosis of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with ulcerative colitis and idiopathic vesicular adenocarcinoma was presented in this work. The purpose of this study was to describe the behavior and clinical improvement in the patient with the use of combination therapy of immunosuppressive and antiinflammatory with surgery.
