Implementación del Nuevo Programa de Formación de Médicos Latinoamericanos en Holguín
Abstract
Se expone la experiencia en la incorporación de los estudiantes bolivianos de Medicina al Nuevo Programa de Formación de Médicos Latinoamericanos en la provincia Holguín, su inserción en la familia cubana y la factibilidad del modelo casa de familia para el desarrollo integral del estudiante, así como, la estrategia docente elaborada, que permitió la organización, desarrollo y control del proceso docente educativo en la carrera de Medicina en el nuevo programa, así como sus y principales resultados docentes.Palabras clave: educación, médicos latinoamericanos
ABSTRACT
The main objective of this paper was to expose the experience with the inclusion of Bolivian medical students in the New Formation Program of Latin American Physicians in Holguín province, their insertion in the Cuban families and the results of the model “Family House” for the integral development of the students, as well as, the established teaching strategy which cope with the organization, development, and control of the medical career teaching process in the New Program as well as its main results.
